What is a good computer program for keeping track of my real estate (rental homes) finances&personal finance?

I have Quicken on my old computer. I heard of Microsoft Money Plus. Are there any other programs and which is the best. My finances are not too complicated (2 mortgages, few credit cards, car, insurances, condo dues). Any suggetions are greatly appreciated.By: Shannon37About the Author:

Is buying microsoft money or a similar program worth it for tracking personal finances?

I am contemplating buying Microsoft Money or a similar program at best buy for about $50 to track personal spending, debt, savings, etc. Does anyone have any experience with using one of these programs?
